Pidgin: Portable Gaim 2 smileys (fix for them not working)

The smileys in Portable Gaim 2 don't work because the "theme" file in \pixmaps\gaim\smileys\default is missing.

Just add this file from a normal Gaim 2 installation and the smileys will start working fine.
