Bash and coreutils

Hi,

I think a portable edition of bash and coreutils (and maybe findutils, etc...) would be great. I use linux and when I have no choice and have to use MS Windows I realy miss a powerfull shell where I can work.

Cygwin?

There are simple instructions and scripts provided for doing a portable install of as much of cygwin as you wish at http://www.dam.brown.edu/people/sezer/software/cygwin/

You can even get an X server up and running.
