i wish that thunderbird could be smaller, for those of us with lots of data have less than 25 megabytes free, and i use Reach-a-mail right now because thunderbird is too large for my drive. could we make it smaller?

We can't really make TBP [Thunderbird Portable] any smaller than it is because of our license agreement with Mozilla [the folks who created TB and own the rights to the name]
We only package it in a portable format, we can't change the code, even to make it smaller, without their permission, and still call it Thunderbird, the same goes for FireFox.
I note that you have made 4 requests in your short time here.
As I mentioned in our other posts, this is not an IM group. Things posted here usually stay around. If you make too many requests too soon and too close together it will keep pushing other posts down and could annoy people. Recently someone posted way too many requests too close together and got his posts and account locked. I would not want that to happen to you. So, please slow down a little, take the time to search the posts and learn your way around.
