I've seen almost all of them. I think Valgrind, DocBook, and Compiere are the three I haven't seen before. Avidemux is a good one for someone to get working on.
A bunch of portable app developers should work on making some of them portable. i saw a few that might be interesting, such as Winpooch

I tried that for a short bit, it slowed down my computer, caused some really weird problems, and froze.
And from what I remember, I really couldn't get it working.
I'm giving it another go now.
It seems to work fine, it has some interesting features also, such as when you plug in a usb it asks u if u wish to scan it which can be usefull. Hmmm. i monitored what it leaves behind and the only thing that would need to be redirected would be its db and a few things, and it leaves registry. i might try and make it portable just to see if i can.

A second one is Kexi...
If a packet hits a pocket on a socket on a port,
and the bus is interrupted as a very last resort,

You have to pay for a license for Kexi on Windows.
Some of the "Open Source" apps mentioned in the list may have pay version on Windows.

havent looked at the program in question but we could always compile a version for Windows from source if there was enough demand.
