Hi, nice forum here. I'm setting up FFP with my regular local FF profile, referencing this info:
"Just copy the contents of that folder (except the cache directories) to the FirefoxPortable\Data\profile directory."

Would someone help a newb out, I'm looking at my local FF profile, what are the "cache directories" I am supposed to omit when transferring this profile to FF Portable?
The only thing that says cache in my profile is "extensions.cache". Is that the directory?
After I find the cache directories, how do I omit just them when transferring the profile?

no need to worry:Your local cache is in
\Documents and Settings\user name\Local settings \appdata\ Mozilla\Firefox \Profiles \ random text\ Cache,
so You can´t copy it over , if You simply use the profile files. Anyway just copy over Your files from the local profile folder and delete from the firefoxGUI afterwards, what You don´t need (single history / bookmarks, passwords ).
