The subject says everything, how can i delete the shortcuts from the launch pad, without deleting the app?

Unfortunately, at the moment you can't remove the app displayed in the menu without moving the application. You can move the folder, say X:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable to say X:\PortableApplication\FirefoxPortable and the menu won't pick it up, however I don't think that's very realistic.
There's a modification of the PortableApps.com Menu called the PortableApps Menu Mod R3X (0 or 1) that allows you to hide and application in the menu though, however it's not supported.
Hopefully this feature will come officially in the future.
Rename the launcher program from "WhateverPortable.exe" to "WhateverPortable.com"
Because the PortApp Menu only shows .EXE files "WhateverPortable" vanishes from the menu list.
The application can still be launched from command line, Explorer, "RUN", etc. because the MS command interpreters, whether COMMAND.COM, or CMD.EXE, look at the file header structure to determine how to execute, they don't care whether the extention is .COM or .EXE.
Very Clever.
Does the suite show hidden EXE's? Also, another way is jut to move the shortcut.

In the regular portable apps menu? I thought this was about the EXE shortcut where you have "shortcut to Blablabla". I didn't realize you meant the shortcuts in the app it's self.

If you are using the word "shortcut" to mean the little icons that point to a file in "My Computer" (windows Explorer), the word is not quite appropriate. The PAM doesn't use shortcuts of that kind, primarily because that kind of shortcut insists on using the drive letter, which isn't helpful when you plug your drive into another computer and the drive letter changes.
The icons on the PAM menu are generated each time the PAM loads, based on exe files (not shortcuts) it finds in the folders just below \PortableApps\ (if you have accepted the default naming). So the only way to remove the menu items is to remove the .exe files from the folder immediately below \PortableApps. You can create an empty file folder just below \PortableApps, then move the application's folder into that, which will put the EXE two folders below; PAM doesn't look that far.
The question is, how are you using the .EXE you don't want to appear in PAM? If you go to Windows Explorer, find it, and launch it that way, then the folder can be about anywhere you want on the drive. If you don't ever want to use the EXE, deleting is the best option. If you only want to use it rarely, drag the folder someplace else until you need it, then drag it back again.
Apparently the PAM does not ignore .EXE files with the "hidden" attribute; it finds them and puts them on the menu anyway.
