Here is the site: http://www.fwbuilder.org/
I would LOVE to see someone make a Windows port as a portable app. The Linux version is Open Source, but not their Windows version. I use this so I've purchased a license for the windows version, I just wish it was portable (this is the last program I need to truly say that every piece of software that I use on a daily basis is run from my thumbdrive!).
I'll lavish you with praise?
How about a case of free beer*?
*Note:
Offer of free beer is restricted to those of legal age, and only valid if you want to drive to California to pick it up. If you meet those criteria the offer is good.
I know this is an old (5+ years) topic, but I found it doing a google search for "portable fwbuilder" so it's still valid, even today.
For anyone else looking for a portable version of fwbuilder, the good news is that the official version is already portable! Simply go to the official website http://www.fwbuilder.org/ download the install file, and run it. On a computer with no admin rights, I was able to install it to my PortableApps thumb drive, it didn't attempt to modify the registry or install extra bits to the system folders, and it runs just fine. Just be sure, when asked, to check the box "don't create shortcuts" if you don't want icons added to your desktop or start menu.
ALTERNATIVELY: If you have 7-Zip installed (available through PortableApps.com), you can open the installation .exe file in 7-Zip and extract the files manually (I haven't actually tested this, but I can't see why it wouldn't work)
I really recommend using this https://portableapps.com/apps/security/peerblock-portable
