I would like to know how to copy my firefox portable settings (except for tabs) to my Firefox at home. Is there anyway that I can do this and is it possilbe? Thank you.

Just reverse the process described here. Copy everything from ?:\PortableApps\FirefoxPortable\Data\profile to C:\Documents and Settings\[user]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles\default.???\
