No works with Wireless

Hi.
My Firefox works fine at home, wired lan.
But out home, if i try to connect with any wireless lan, no works.
Any help?

Do any of your other applications that use the net work with the wireless or is it just Firefox??

Are you on a different
  • Are you on a different computer when away from home? If you are on a public Vista computer that is locked down (and possibly other OS's too), most things on a USB drive are denied access to the Internet.
  • On a wireless machine, DNS is frequently a place to start troubleshooting.

If IE works but FFP doesn't, I'd suspect the first.

The problem was on DNS.

Proxy

Checkout the proxy settings as well, since some networks use them to filter contents.
