Question Portable

I like SeaMonkey Portable. problem is it's an alpha program and the bugs really make this hard to use. Therefore I am asking you, yes YOU! Please, where I can find a portable internet suite? Here's my criteria if you wish to help.

    Integrated Email Client
After searching the posts I found that making Portable Thunderbird and Firefox cooperate may not be easy, I have tried making Linky work with other non supported portable apps and it did not work and even though Thunderbird is supported, how would Linky interact with the Launcher? It's better that it's actually integrated with it's own email client as Pocket Flock's "email support" doesn't really float my boat along with the browser having redicuous delays while navigating (SeaMonkey Portable too).
Note: "Email support" refers to Flock 1.1's feature that allows it to "integrate" with your online mail account. If you click on a mailto link it will navigate to your email account's "Compose" page with the "to" field pre-filled.
    Release Client/Gen. Release Quality
Yes bugs are really hard to deal with especially when your talking everyday use. I'm just glad it has not crashed.

shouldn't this be in request

shouldn't this be in request apps?

But there’s no sense crying over every mistake,
You just keep on trying till you run out of cake.

No

I'm looking for apps that are already portable, but not the Sea Monkey Launcher.

you could turn FF into a

you could turn FF into a suite more or less

there is simple mail add on for firefox to use your mail inside that
and add on's to make FF read RSS feeds as well
i believe there is also an address book add on for FF and if there isn't use your mail account as an address book-err maybe not or at least that i can find
and for online accounts there's prism

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/6665 and http://labs.mozilla.com/
prism if good for using gmail or similar web 2.0 apps ofline using the same interface as you use online

https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/5593
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/361
https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/firefox/addon/2325

hope this helps even thought it's not exactly what you were looking for

That's OK

Thank You, I've decided to stick with SeaMonkey 2.0a1pre with the launcher. The alpha has become usable, I tried OperaUSB and I'm holding it as a Backup mainly because no add-ons are needed and it's only ~14MB as opposed to FF Portable's ~27MB +Add-ons.

self.path = path if self.path == None else self.path
