Re-Using help.html

Ok Heres My Question.
(i no i have a lot of questions :))

are we allowed to reuse the help.html file for apps in development?
the help.html file that comes with every app.

i do have a feeling the answer is no because people mention that images john creates are copyright. so please feel free to tell me no if i can't
