Portable Ruby on Rails - nice!

I'm setting this up as a tangent to the uniform server ( a great portable wamp server for PHP) thread

Its really nice - lots of links to tutorials and stuff.

But is there a decent portable My-Sql admin tool? I utterly hate doing sql on a (portable)web app - it just doesn't work!
