I'm not sure if this is illegal or if it violates any laws or anything but I think you should make a version of the PA website that is optimized for viewing on a portable device, such as an iPod Touch. Also, develop versions of apps that can be installed onto an iPod Touch that is "jailbroke"

While I agree it would be nice to make the PortableApps.com site more Mobile Device Friendly the second portion would not be possible, you can store the apps on the Ipod touch but you can only use it when it's connected to a pc running Windows or a Linux Build/MacOSX running WINE, The Ipod Touch will not run any Apps Designed for Windows as thats not what it was meant to do,

I know it is possible to download apps to a iPod Touch that some has "Jailbroken"
They use the SDK for it and create apps. Can that be done for Firefox because I prefer Firefox over Safari.
Failure is not an option. It comes bundled with Windows.

i belive there is a mozilla browser out there somewhere that is made for phones
