I've also got mine in a mini-version (147x180).
About the skn-file: is this a container-format? If yes, which?
Can't imagine a different PAM-skin, so I didn't make another :-(.

Collection
I've spent some time to convert a handful PAM-Mod themes to PNotes skins. Now I've got a collection of 12 skins in different colors and sizes.

Wow- in the time it took me to do one, You've done a dozen!
NES Skin, did it in paint, exclusively. PNotes 3x
I also fixed up the old ancient skin, hopefully I didn't due work twice for someone.
