I installed the portable apps suite onto my usb drive, after a while I realised I only used a couple of things on there and it was hogging a bit of space so I just deleted the whole folder. Now when I plug it into my computer it shows a broken icon and I can't change the name from PortableApps, it's just annoying and I was wondering if there was any way of fixing this?
Thanks in advance
file called "autorun.inf" in the root of your drive. Delete it and the icon is back to standard.
It should be visible but if you have an older version of the menu its hidden so you have to enable hidden files first before you can delete it.

thanks, that has been annoying me for the longest time
I am still unable to get the icons working for some of the apps I have installed onto my USB. I mean tehy come up on the menu and run well but the icons with them are not included.
Note: These are apps created using the PA creator. I have made sure the icons are in the folders and have designated there location during the operation. Some work some don't. Why?
Also is it possible to rename the drive as it appears in "my computer".
