Folder Timestamp Error

When using the retain attributes feature and Performing a Mirror (copy) procedure. I see an error message that just says the name of a folder directory on the destination drive (C:). When I click "OK" I get a message that says "I am ok1". The "I am ok1" message then appears again and clicking "OK" this message causes "[Current time] Error: Failed to modify file times for '[Destination Folder Directory]'" to appear in the error log. The whole process then repeats itself many times until the job finishes.

I am using a Windows Vista Home Premium computer with the latest updates. Turning off retain attributes stops this problem.

Surprise! Strong Bad, it's me! Homestar Runner! From school!
