playchess.com portable app

The http://playchess.com software is a very good chess program interface that I use at home, but I would like to use at other places where I cannot install just any kind of software. Actually, I use Fritz 9 software (http://tinyurl.com/gz5ev), which is the flagship program for http://chessbase.com. I would be very appreciative if someone could turn this http://playchess.com software, or Fritz 9, into a portable app. I am willing to donate to this site, or to anybody, if this is done. Thanks.
