Due to download restriction from my provider, and a package scaning engine, I am not able to download the 76 MB zip file.
Are there any smaller packages to download (split into parts)?
Is there any other archive than zip to download (selfextractor, rar)?

I don't know of any smaller or alternative downloads for Portable Office. I'd personally find a different provider - that seems very extreme to not let you download large zip files.
