lost all mail after update

lost all mail after update

All files and mail disappeared after an update. Can anybody suggest a recover method?

Did you try looking for the physical folders?

If you did not change where the mail is stored, it defaults to:

C:\Portable HD Apps (C)*\PortableThunderbird 1.5*\Data\profile\Mail

*=Your name may be different. See if the Mail folder has a significant size to justify any messages stored. I have 24,000 messages and I run almost 2 Gig.
