InfraRecorder Portable 0.44.1 Rev 4 Pre-Release 1

Revision 4 fixes problems caused by UPX'ing cdda2wav.exe. Audio tracks could not be ripped into any format because of this.

Please test all the features to make sure we don't overlook any other upx problems etc like this. Don't forget the MP3 plugin from the InfraRecoder Portable download page. I have tested burning data/audio cds and an iso to a cd. i tested creating an iso from a cd. i tested ripping audio files in every type (wav, mp3, wma, ogg). I have not tested burning a video dvd or anything that i didn't list. If you find any problems with anything, please also test to see if the problem exists with the original portable distribution of InfraRecorder from their website.

Edit: i have now also testing burning a movie.
