You know any good alternative? Which could be made portable?
Stickies has the adventage that after you did write some note it`s stored instantly. Other applications where quite useless because them lost informations if you restarted windows or so.

Another stickies fan!
I have a portable stickies launcher in the beta forums. Just search stickies portable you can download it from there. I also should be releasing an updated launcher either tomorrow or Monday. (I'll be gone over the weekend and it depends on what school does to my schedule.) The new launcher will be much improved.

I like Stickies a lot more than PNotes, it's far simpler and easier to use. I also wrote a stickies launcher awhile back for my personal use, I never released it, but it's up to specs. I also created a PortableApps skin for it. If you want I can upload the launcher and skin.
I just can't upload it till Monday. I can't get on Patrick's sight because of surf block. But the launcher is done. If you send me the launcher I would like to see how you did yours. jacob m 001 @ hotmail .com. I would appreciate it if you send me the skin too.
When I release the new version I'll make it the default skin. Also you should send it to Tom Revell (the maker of stickies) he likes to host a lot of skins.
