Somebody knows how create a software to modify the scheme colors of portable apps
i like to modify that red gradient colors to a black gradient, maybe silver
this is possible?

If you are running the Beta version of PA Menu 1.1, it has better support for themes.
Basically, most of what you see in the menu is a single background picture, which is easy enough to tweak once you find it.
