I tried going to "Help" (F1) in PDFTK Builder, but it says that it cannot find "pdftkbuilder.hlp". I went to the app directory and sure enough it was there. Could this be a "working directory" problem? BTW, I know I'm not the only one, I found with google others talking about this same issue using this portable version. Thanks.
I just looked at the source for PDFTK Builder Portable, and it does properly set the working directory. I also just tested on Win XP Pro using both the F1 hotkey, and the menu, and the help file loaded without issue.

but I swear, no matter what I did, it would not open the help file for me. I restarted the program a few times, and that did not help either. I really don't know what was going on, but it's opening up the file now. Thanks for your response, though.
