i think you're missing another !include then. not sure but try adding !include "FileFunc.nsh"

These kind of questions (and more!) can easily be answered by the excellent NSIS help file. Whenever I'm coding, I have that sucker open. Next stop for good NSIS help is the NSIS forum at

i do have that help file open but theres just some things that llok weird in the examples. like the createshortcut thing. theses alot of "[ [ [ [ [ ] ] ] ] ]" kind of crap and the code has NONE in my DeskLinkz app.
