Could you clarify what you are trying to accomplish.
FF is an excellent product in itself.
For most people if you want it to be your default browser a local install of FF should be sufficient. Is there a particular reason why you want the portable version, FFP, to be your default browser instead of regular FireFox?

just i want to use FFP.. i dont want to make profile backup everytime when i format my laptop... i want to know how can i make FFP my default browser.. i said FFP , no the original install of FF.
