I think not. Games use the registry excessive to store settings and other coolness.
(It's MS game, remember) But maybe it can be installed on removable drive anyway.
Having said that, commercial games (and trails) are beyond the scope of this site.
what you do is install the game and take a copy of the program file and store it any where you want so you then run the uninstall and you have still got the program just that it is store somewhere different and you can copy it onto a flash drive and it will work i have done this and i play it all the time.
