What do you mean 'mobile messaging'? Perhaps you should read up at the Gaim site what features Gaim is capable of. It's linked from the Portable Gaim page.

Check Gaim

As I said, check the Gaim page for a plugin or something. If it isn't supported by Gaim, it sure isn't supported by Portable Gaim.
