Image Editors

My mom has Windows Vista, and she need a easy-to-use application that would change the picture from BMP to GIF, JPEG, etc. That option is available on WinXP image viewer but not Vista. Please help

Paint?

Paint should do the trick. For something more advanced I recommend Paint.NET.
