i have another couple of things that need translation for JkDefrag Portable. I need translations for DE, ES, FR, IT, JA, pt-BR, pt-PT, zh-CN.
"...waiting on JkDefrag to finish running in the background"
*the above text meaning the process is running but the window is gone, not literally in the background of your view or anything. (Edit: this is a note, not a needed translation)
and
"Defragmented"
currently this all that is holding this app up before i can do a Pre-Release... well this and italian and chinese translation corrections for the other parts of the app.
Thank you to everyone who helps!
"...waiting on JkDefrag to finnisse running in the background"
= "...attendez que JkDefrag finisse de rouler en arrière plan"
"Defragmented"
= "Défragmenté" (What is defragmented, I want to know the translated word in french that is used in this program)
thanks. i don't understand your question though. "Defragmented" appears by itself as text under % Fragmented after the drive has been defragmented
In the french version, what word is used instead of drive?
the only other french words are the ones you translated here. the main JkDefrag program doesn't have translations.
Sorry, I never used JkDefrag and I forgot that I translated it.
"...esperando a que JkDefrag termine de operar en el fondo"
"Defragmentado"
"In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: it goes on." -- Robert Frost
"In three words I can sum up everything I've learned about life: baby ain't mine." -- Adam Holguin
"...esperando a que JkDefrag termine de correr en segundo plano"
is the correlative word of "background"
"desfragmentado" is good translation in latin american spanish.
see ya!

Ok, here it is.
"...waiting on JkDefrag to finish running in the background":
"the above text meaning the process is running but the window is gone, not literally in the background of your view or anything.":
This string is a little "unstable" but ok to use.
"Defragmented":
Blue is everything.
lol! i didn't mean translate the "*the above text meaning..." string, that was a note to the translators
My bad
Blue is everything.
"...warte bis JKDefrag im Hintergrund fertig ist"
"Defragmentiert"
The first one isn't a good translation but my mind didn't want to come up with a better one atm.
"What about Love?" - "Overrated. Biochemically no different than eating large quantities of chocolate." - Al Pacino in The Devils Advocate
"...waiting on JkDefrag to finish running in the background"
"...esperando a que JkDefrag termine de ejecutarse en segundo plano"
"Defragmented"
Desfragmentado
thanks. arbrulo translated the spanish earlier in this thread as:
"...esperando a que JkDefrag termine de operar en el fondo"
which one is more correct, that one or this one?
...but maybe:
...esperando a que JkDefrag termine de operar en segundo plano
That I think that is better because of better use of "operate" (operar-se) instead of ?"efectuate"? (ejecutarse) and the more standard latin-based languages (used by PC industries) "Second Pane" (segundo plano) instead of "background" (fundo)
Blue is everything.
