everything download?

Sorry, newbie and whatnot...

I want everything new -- 1.1 beta/gamma/omega I don't care.

What's the *one* link I can use to continuously image my thumb drive with the latest of *everything*? I'm okay with crashing and whatever. I just want one (1) download.

Updater?

You could use an alpha of the PortableApps.com Updater. It is currently in alpha, but is usable. Just do a forum search for it.
