FF Portable is running fine, and saves settings such as homepage etc... but doesn't seem to want to save (and auto populate) user/pass details.
When installed locally the userid and password for (say) http://pandorafm.real-ity.com get saved and when I go back they're filled in, but in the portable version though they appear when I start typing they don't get pre-filled. Cookies are obviously getting saved though as the Pandora login details themselves are remembered...
Any thoughts?

I believe this is due to some settings that are disabled by default in FFP.
Go to the "tools" menu, Option, Security Tab and enable "Remember passwords for sites", than go to Privacy tab and enable "Remember what I enter in forms and the search bar".
There you go.
