As always, we're working on it and it will get done when it's done and tested and ready to be posted. There is more to packaging Firefox portably than just throwing the latest binary in.
Sometimes, the impossible can become possible, if you're awesome!
It's good to know you are on top of it. Can't wait!
I am really looking forward. I do throw in the latest firefox program folder, because i am slightly impatiant sometimes there are problems sometimes not. but i can't wait until the offical release.
ff3b5 is all I use anymore and I am eagerly awaiting the rc1
i have drooped ff3rc1 into the folder for ff3b5 and had a few problems with on of my extensions crashing ff don't know if its the extension causing the problem or the fact that there are some things that arent working properly with the new ff and the old launcher
as always great job guys
PS: i cant belive its finally in RC wont be long now till the final release
Is it possible to still get the 3.0 Beta 5 Portable App as the Google Toolbar wont work with the RC1 version and I've deleted it already!

lets you use add-ons from older versions in the newer FFs... hope it helps!
That did the trick, thank you Andreas
I upgraded from the ff3beta5 to the ff3rc1 and I am having some major performance issues with the CPU spiking to 100%. It seems worse when I am logged into gmail. Anyone else having the same issue?
Thanks
Havent used any of the FF3 releases myself, so may be talking crud, but think FF3 is supposed to be optimised for gmail usage so maybe some kind of loader or indexing process etc may be causing the spikes while using gmail?
