Is there a way (through the program) to create a right click option and add shortcuts to the Start Menu?
Also, is the program trully portable or does it store registry keys like the original ClamWin (e.g. HKLM\SOFTWARE\ClamWin)?

As for adding shortcuts, I don't really no of anything that you're looking for, but that's what the PortableApps.com Menu is for, it makes it easier than the Start Menu.
As for registry keys, no. That's what ClamWinPortable.exe does. It will back up local keys, and clean up the portable ones when done saving them to your drive.
