color of start menu?

is there anyway to change the color of the start menu? also is there anyway to remove the portableapps.com website from the top of the start menu?

or just edit the background.bmp with in a picture editor (change the colour channels etc)
2) No, but with the mods R3x
Theme switcher will come in PAM 1.5
