I create the NetLimiter Portable, but only the NetLimiter client it's working, i needed know how to launch the NetLimiter Service [nlsvc.exe] and his driver [nltdi.sys] on a different Computer [temporaly or permanent]

the service has comunicate with the driver, but the service is First running as service of system [SYSTEM on Task Manager] with administrative privileges.
This Service is dependent of TCP/IP.
