That addon requies that you have ClamAV installed on the windows machine.
It uses the clamd daemon to do the scanning, which is an administrator installed part of ClamAV, which is not even in the non-portable ClamWin port, and definitely not included with the portable ClamWin.
So, unless you happen to be on a machine that has ClamAV for windows installed on it, this addon won't do very much at all.
