'Fraid Not

It doesn't appear Orbit downloader is open source, so we would have no hosting for it, and problems with repackaging and distributing as well.

However, WackGet Portable and WinWGet Portable are both in this forum. If you want something with a little more power, I believe Free Download Manager has an option to make it portable.

WackGet and WinWGet aren't

WackGet and WinWGet aren't really accelerators i don't think. Free Download Manager is the best but there were a couple of portability issues with it involving registry keys and removing some things if it was already installed on a pc. plus it's kind of useless to have a portable download manager like that if it doesn't monitor Firefox Portable. Maybe we should contact the makers of Free Download Manager and see if they can help us out with that.

Firefox extensions

I have found that most 90% of firefox extensions work with portable firefox would it be possible to link to the add-on site for firefox / thunderbird from their portable app page. that would be the easiest way instead of hosting them on portableapps.com like sage and fireftp.

Sage and FireFTP aren't

Sage and FireFTP aren't hosted here; if you try it, you'll see it takes you to the addon page on addons.mozilla.org.
