How do I add attachments to a forum post?

Hi John,

Either I'm getting confused with all the forums or I have just forgotten how to attach a file/screen shot to a forum post here...

I also cannot find any hostoric post on how to do this, so can you please let me know how this is done?

I want to include a screen shot of a weird error that I'm getting in the launcher.

Short answer : you don't

This forum does not support attachments being uploaded as part of a message.

Also, it does not support embedded images in forum posts.

The only way you can achieve what you're after is to upload the screenshot to a free image hosting site, and then paste a link into your post. Even then, many of the readers here cannot access such sites from school, work, wherever, so I would suggest that you are better off typing out the exact text of the error.
