Please be more informative with yours posts. You would like to change the colour of the 'AppName Portable' names listed in the menu? The font color? If that's it, I'm afraid this is not possible

Probably possible, but not
Probably possible, but not without modification of the PortableMenu application itself, which you won't get any support as most people won't take the trouble of getting into this for such a minor modification.
