Portable Firewall

From my point of view it would be great to have a portable firewall. One that can effortless be configured. For example Agnitum Outpost Firewall Free. Than you can do what you like in a secure way.

Is there any support for this???

Driver issue

I dont know if this is doable because of the driver structure of firewalls, I know Peer Guardian is small and open source but it installs drivers.
