The final release of Fx 3 is

The final release of Fx 3 is scheduled for Tuesday, so I doubt it. Or maybe John already started it and only has a few finishing touches left to do.

RC3 = RC2 for Windows

RC2 is actually RC3 for Windows. The only platform that was updated is Mac.
