Okay I know we were concerned about this a while ago but I think it's time that we reevaluate themeing regulations for apps. I know for a while that the portable apps themes for regular apps like Jooleem were kicked to the curb for legal issues (I have no problems with this just a statement.). Well it seems that themes have started to appear for apps. I know we have 3 soon to be 4 themes for stickies that have been released at the stickies homepage. And I know John has been active in creating a theme for LBreakout2. So can we get an updated rule for portable apps themeing? And if it is now okay can we pull out the Jooleem skin?
I don't think I'd want a PA theme by default.

Many users do want a PortableApps.com theme on default. I understand what you're saying, but it's too late. There will be PortableApps.com themes for many applications, as evidenced by current releases. Now isn't the time to ask to stop adding themes.

NeoRame has a Jooleem skin, I've seen screenshots. I plan to do one in a different style from his, but have not started it yet. I've been busy with some non-portableapps related stuff, as well as the LBreakout2 theme that MrElchbau and I have been working on. I also have an LBreakout2 level set that I am working on that is portableapps themed.
Basically I think you just have to get a theme or skin going and then just get approval from John before releasing. I'm sure he wants to hold to a certain level of quality, I would.
