I found about a small Icon editing software called IcoFX, which is a small, free and already portable application. I was wondering if it could be a nice addition to the PortableApps list of applications.
I couldn't find the kind of license used (OSS?).

Someone tried to bump it on the 12th, can't remember who that was though

Things have got to get better, they can't get worse, or can they?
I mentioned a couple weeks back I do have a launcher for the portable IcoFX zip package. It's all complete, sets the language for future menu versions and all, replaces drive letters for recent files, etc. I just need to boot up Knoppix and grab it off my other PC. I have exams this week, but please bump this in one week (no sooner), if I forgot or neglect posting it.
