PFF3 running but not responde [...]

PFF3 running but not responde [...]

Today if I lunch PFF3 after the splash a messagge become: FF running but not responde ecc. ecc. I press OK and the program quit.
Naturally there isn't another istance of FF3.
In safe mode the preblem persist.

Help me please!
