I'm currently using black theme posted earlier when PAM1.0 was released.

Just unzip this to your PortableApps\PortableAppsMenu\App\DefaultData\Theme folder and replace the files that are there. Remember that it will be overwritten on upgrades until theming is finalized, so keep a copy handy.
Hi John,
I was wondering if you would be willing to distribute the original theme files (with layers) just in case we want to change the color of certain part of the theme (like to avoid recoloring the gray side-menu).
Do you have any templates, like a GIMP/Photoshop document that can be worked on ?
