When I updated my FF to 3.0, I've been asked whether I want to use session manager and got 2 options: yes/no. I use a session manager in TabMixPlus extension and I wasn't sure how will this choice affect it. Will "yes" enable FF session manager instead of mine? Will "no" disable it? It missed the third option - "leave it as it is".

I believe that [yes] is to enable FF3 internal session manager instead of TMP.
Anyway, you can always enable TMP session manager again by going to : Tools>Tab Mix Plus Options>Session>Activate Session Manager.
