Some Gnome Apps [Nautilus & Totem]

Nautilus is a graphical shell for the GNOME desktop enviornment that makes it easy to manage your files and the rest of your system.

Totem is the official movie player of the GNOME desktop environment based on xine-lib or GStreamer. It features a playlist, a full-screen mode, seek and volume controls, as well as keyboard navigation.
It comes with added functionality such as:

* Video thumbnailer for the file manager
* Nautilus properties tab
* Mozilla (Firefox) plugin to view movies inside your browser (in development)
* Webcam utility (in development)

Also you BB code will not work here.
You cannot include images in posts, if you just want to link to them that's fine.

those are for linux only

we do portable apps for windows here, not linux. for video players we have vlc, mplayer, and soon smplayer. for a file manager, we will have Xenon soon.

"can" but won't be

nautilus, i doubt it. totem may be able to be ported to windows with cygwin but it would take a lot of time and effort for a video player that isn't even as good as the ones we have on this site.
