Upgrade from U3 Firefox2 to Portable Apps FF3?

I have a U3 version on my Sandisk flash drive. I want to upgrade it and also be able to launch it from the U3 launchpad?

How do I do this?

Its difficult

Cause we dropped support for U3 a while ago.
I once posted a tutorial on how to update your U3 Firefox to the 2.0 version. It should work for the 3.0 version too but I havent checked.

Please tell me if it worked so I can update it accordingly.
