Why not use utorrent? It can be made portable.
Then again, Azureus does have a pretty nice interface with it.
The problem with these torrent applications is they will be requiring the pen drive to work hard, which apparently isn't too good for pen drives.
EDIT: It looks like you have to have java on the client computer you will be using Azureus with...

I use Azureus from my flash drive & carry the latest java setup launcher in my installers folder. so when I use a computer that doesnt have java for azurues I just install it & the downloads begin. It really is wuite handy.
LOL!!! When you come across a Linux computer, you carry Windows with you to install, too?
I use only uTorrent, any other clients i have tried have been too much complicated...
The only thing i miss in uTorrent is manual banning...
By the way, can any other client compare with uTorrents size of 200KB with settings...

I just download the latest version of bitcomet from old releases section. and it comes prezipped and it's fast.
