Unfortunately, this is not an Open Source application.
Moreover, according to the website, most of the functions that you list in the description are only available in the pay versions of the software.
The developers in this site typically only will develop launchers for Open Source apps.
There is a backup program available on this site called Toucan.
I haven't tried it.
The PortableApps menu also has a backup function, which I also haven't used.
I use Cobian backup 8 on my home system. It has many of the features that you list, but is Open Source. (careful, version 9 is not Open Source) I don't think there's a portable version of it.
